Data Labels for Average/Median Line: Needs Auto Vertical Position

Under further analysis for bar charts and other visuals, there are lines available. However, the data labels have a vertical position of above or under the line. If you have two lines for last year and this year, then the data labels can overlap. There needs to be an auto vertical position option.
