Data Label for Shape Maps

It would be nice if the data labels are shown in custom shape maps, so that you don't have to hover over the map.

I think data labels with the values, not category, is key.

Labels with allows to show all the data of the same category on the map are needed. The legend which shows which value ranges matches a colour would be great too, but I think it's annoter petition.
