Dashboard Tiles are not refreshing

When we make some structural changes to our pbix files the changes are not reflecting in the dashboard tiles. We do have some 25 reports and changes are implemented based on the requirements, and every time the changes are not getting reflected on dashboards. We need to manually pin the items to dashboards every time we make changes. This is very frustrating. Please help on this.
