Dashboard Access Error

when ever i log in to the Power BI account after opening the dashboard it will pop up an error message and i am not able to do anything into it the error message is Connection Error Your connection has been lost. Please check your network connection settings. As soon as your connection is restored, you can continue using Power BI.
