Dark mode switch similar to Excel where the REPORT switches

Similar to Excel or Browser Extentsions - a Dark Mode switch to flip the Report to dark mode in Power BI Desktop (authoring).

I have no intention to create dark themed reports and having this feature will save my eyes. Looking for something perhaps at the WebView level. Not looking to switch Themes.
