As you can see in the image below, there's an issue with the contrast in the dark mode theme for Power BI when it comes to Theme Customization. You can barely read the subsections (I hovered the mouse over "Visuals" to highlight it better).
Microsoft, please fix (I would love to continue using the dark mode).
