Czech version of excel

Hi If I export data with number 19,3 , it will appear as 19.3 . I can not replace . with , - because 19.3 is date for excel. How can I fix it ?

Please post questions at: http://community.powerbi.com ...in this case add a ' character in front of your data before exporting and it won't get reformated by Excel
