Customizing Visual Tooltip - ability to remove default X-axis and Y-axis value from ToolTip display

Currently, if we are using a default Visual ToolTip (i.e. not a ToolTip page), we cannot remove the default axis values like X-axis (e.g. Quarter) or Y-axis labels from the Tooltip. The requirement is - When we add specific attributes to be shown on Visual Tooltip, we should also have the ability to disable the default X-axis and Y-axis labels from the built-in Visual Tooltip.
