Customize scroll bar on Visuals and Report Pages
Allow users to change the color and size of the scroll bar for report pages and visuals. Currently, if you have a report in the "fit to width" view that allows you to scroll down, and you also have a visual that scrolls, the scroll bars are the same color and side by side making them difficult to see and use. Also, when using the roller on my mouse to scroll, it alternates between scrolling the page and scrolling down visuals. This makes scrolling through visuals on the page very slow. Please change it so that it only scrolls on a visual if I click on the visual

When you have a large dataset, the scrollbars are not scalable and not as obvious to non-regular Power BI users. There needs to be the ability to change this.

would help to make some scroll bar colors stand out, because not everyone realizes there could be a scroll bar on the chart being shown.

The scroll Bar should be little buit darker as usally it has lighter color which is sometime typical to view.
