Customize default formats for visuals. This way we reduce the amount of formatting each time we introduce a new visual in a report.

- Special in table and matrix visuals, I spend a lot time to change the setting for every visual in same report file, why not enable to change default setting as customs use?
- There must be more than 8 other people that want this. I'm thinking at least: * Date - don't give me long-winded "Monday 9th June 2020", I almost always want 8-Jun-20
