It's not possible to change the color of the Icon.
It would be great if one could be able to set the color of the exclamation mark to red (or whatever color you prefer), whilst the color of the trend and callout value are different, grey for example.
Especially when there are lot's of KPI visuals on the canvas and you want to keep the look and feel of the canvas calm.
You would have greyish cards, where only the ones with exclamation marks would stand out.
