Customise borders and shading for all items

When designing reports, we should be able to specify the border style for all objects that we can add onto a page, in a similar way we do in office applications Here is a screenshot of what I mean: http://postimg.org/image/eyhj99hv1/ I would like to be able to specify the borders not only for tables and matrices (including their rows, columns and cells) but also the outside border of visuals such as charts, maps, slicers, etc.
