Custom order for legend

I should be able to order the "legend" and the values for each legend category in a stacked bar chart. This is similar to "series order" feature in Excel

Seriously this is still not out yet!! How do you expect end users to understand when I export the dashboard as pdf and send it over?? How will they understand what is impacting the most, when its not sort by values?
