Custom data label positioning in combo chart

In a combo chart (bars and lines), I would like to be able to position the data label as needed. i.e. the data labels for the bar chart to be "Inside Base" and the line chart data label to be outside/top. At the moment, the labels are all one on top of each other and it is a big mess. Thank you, Tamir
