Custom URL for pinned Report (not just element of the report)

Currently, you can only select a custom URL for tiles on the dashboard if they are a single element on the report. When you pin an entire Report Page, the option to direct users to a custom URL is disabled.

This seems trivial, but actually is important, as we use management dashboards spanning multiple workspaces (which are - like many people have - categorized by departments).

Those dashboards necessarily have their own reports (copies) of existing reports in different workspaces. Something that is far from ideal, as it adds no added value, but instead just creates double maintenance and is a pain in the ass when updating reports (because of the need to delete and recreate reports, resulting in lost references and bookmarks for users, etc.).

One way to soften the pain, is to link dashboard tiles to the original reports (not the copies where the tiles originated from) in different apps. This way, managers at least created their bookmarks in reports that I can update without them loosing all bookmarks every time I update something. However, this does not work for live pages.
