Creation of Deployment Pipeline via Rest API - Customization

We recommend enabling customization for deploying pipelines via REST API. Currently, pipelines are deployed in three stages by default and cannot be configured to two stages. The creation of customized pipelines with 2-10 stages is only supported through the UI at present. This limitation poses challenges for larger organizations that aim to automate workflows for simplicity and governance.
