Allow slicers to be created as drop downs, calendars, on/off switches etc. Let slicers contain multiple fields. Also allow user to specify that slicer can only have one value selected and set a default

- SHargroveNew MemberWe would also like to be able to sort the slicer.
- alejandro_caba6New MemberCan indicate the type of selection value of slicer, unique, multiple, range, etc
- johnf19661New MemberThis is a feature I believe should have been a part of slicers from the start. It would certainly make reporting more user friendly.
- anup_kesariNew MemberPlease allow to add a slicer to the dashboard or report

Ability to have slicers that actually drill down through a hierarchy. Much like you can with a chart, but just let me do it with a slicer. e.g Drill form a Area into the list of cities, into the list of suburbs etc.... Would definitely help with layout with limited real-estate on the canvas. - ScottG

It would be nice to see the following options for slicer layouts/interactions: Combo Box, Tree, List, Buttons, Date Picker. Allowing Single and Multi-Member Select where appropriate. - datauduong1New MemberPlease add the ability to accommodate for touch centeric (eg: slicer = year) it is too small/fine to touch (I am on Surface Pro 3)
- v-krsankNew MemberThis is certainly something that many of my customers would love. We want drop downs, radio buttons, lists, picker, sliders, combo box and other slicers layouts. Also Horizontal slicers would be really welcome
- mcoleman1New MemberAt a minimum, let us choose between vertical and horizontal layouts.
