Create a horizontal line from Shapes

You can create a vertical line from "Insert Shapes" but not a horizontal line. It would be nice to do both

You can rotate 90 degrees in Format Shape Properties

Idea is already in product, thank you comments! Insert shape, then use Format shape > Rotation property Th Format shape blade supports changing direction and lots of other fun things!

And to make it a dashed line please ie options on how the line looks
