Create a custom KPI container visual

Users require more flexibility when creating KPI's. Instead of using existing KPI visuals, users can create their own KPI by dragging a container visual onto their page.Thereafter users can then drag cards, textbox's and any other visuals they require to create their KPI into this container. this KPI container visual can be dragged any where on the page and it can also be dragged into a mobile layout. Currently when i create a custom KPI i use a rectangle shape and drag my cards, textbox's and visuals into it. This KPI however cannot be moved across the page as one object and even in the mobile layout.
