Couldn't load the data for this visual

I developed a report that is reading from a Microsoft's internal analysis service and published a dashboard on top of it. it's working normally with people but giving a "Couldn't load the data for this visual" to my manager! Would you kindly help us with this ASAP, as we can't run the business blindly? thanks in advance..
