Copying e-mail addresses from Outlook is painful.

When I need to share a dashboard with several people I often get their e-mail addresses by creating a draft mail in Outlook and copying the to: line content. This includes their full name as a format. Currently the portal requires the list to only have the e-mail portion. I end up spending time deleting text to get it into the right format. If I'm copying data from one MSFT product to another it should be easier.
