Copy / Duplicate a measures from the field well

In the field well I would find it very useful to be able to right click over an existing measure and copy/duplicate measure in order to quickly create a modified version of the original measure.

We all seem to have need for duplicating measures across tables this would bring an already very useful tool up to Gold Standard

We are creating multiple reports/dashboard. This is a necessary functionality, and it would save us lots of time as currently I have to spend hours to copy the measures for each report..

Agreed .. I can cut and paste the text into a new measure and then slightly alter the formula (e.g. change Sales MTD to Sales YTD) , but then I have to reapply the formatting which is a bit annoying.

Definitely a time saver to be able to copy new measures/new columns across and then modify for the destination table

Yes, it would be a great time saver! I went through the trouble of creating a group list, and now I have another table I need to do the same thing for a similar column and it's a very tedious task. It would help if I could just copy my old measure into the new table

I had to create around 15 measures with same format (decimals, show as percent values). It would be great if i format one measure and copy that format to all the measures. Or when we create a new measure, duplicate formatted measure and change the formula accordingly with all old formatting. I would like to see this in near releases.
