Copilot button across panes

Currently, the Copilot button is only available on the Home tab in Power BI Desktop. For improved usability and workflow efficiency, it would be beneficial if the Copilot button were accessible across all panes—similar to how the Share button is available throughout the interface. This change would allow users to invoke Copilot without switching tabs, streamlining the experience especially during report building and data modeling.

The Copilot pane should also remain open when you switch from report view to data view or model view. When Copilot provides instructions for working with those views, it would be nice to be able to see them while you work. Without this capability, you have to snip or copy the text into another window or remember everything that Copilot suggested.
