Consistent Dates between Desktop, Service and Teams for published BI reports for calculated dates

Is it not possible to ensure that a when a report is created in Power BI desktop and then published to Power BI Servcie and run in a Teams APP that ll dates are consistant? I have a calculated date measure that inconsisentcy gets dates changed from UK to US when it can and then ignires those it can not changed.

eg:- 4th Feb becomes 2nd Apr however

 17th Sep does not change for example.

 

This throws out all the calculations using this measure and makes the Visiuals inaccurate.
