Connectivity to Google sheets

Connecting to Excel workbooks in OneDrive is a great first step, but connectivity to Google Sheets should be there too.

Adding this to PowerQuery for Excel would greatly reduce the complications now faced when accessing GA from PowerQuery. There's a ten step process that involves registering the app with Google API, getting a key, turning that key into a token, and writing a lot of M. Having a connector would be amazing.

My refreshes are timing out because it's downloading the full dataset from GA when i'm just interested in 5% of it. Please add the ability to filter on load via the GA API.

Hi, The Default google connector is connecting to sampled data API. We would like to get a connector for google 360 unsampled API for premium google customers as this is not allowing us to get the best use of Powerbi

I felt really bad when i came to know that power bi do not support Google analytics custom segments...it has become a hindrance in our business process and we were forced to choose Tableau...this question was raised in year 2015..i dont know why microsoft has not fixed it yet...looking foreward for this update...

A must, please add this. Please make sure that Power BI can access the Google Sheet while keeping the security of the Google Sheet unchanged (the user should not be obliged to web publish the spreadsheet to everyone with a link)

I'd like to second (third, fourth?) the request for segments. Without this, the connector is no where near as useful as it should be.

Maps are for spatial analysis and spatial visualization. That means you often have to show different 'layers' in their spatial context. If you can show customers but not stores in the same map or stores but not competitors you have made functionality that is at its best interesting. But, it is not useful for analysis. You must be able to show different datasets or its a near useless capability.

I agree. I want to create calculated measures on top of a powerbi report connected to my OLAP and Tabular servers in direct connection. I do not import any data in powerbi and I'm relying on enterprise servers most of the time. and I dont want to change my OLAP cubes for every single need. in Excel the olap extension allows me to create calculated measures, in SSRS I can write my MDX queries... but nothing available in Power BI.
