Connectivity to ChangePoint/Chronos

As an Egagement Manager within Microsoft Consulting Services, it would help me a lot if I could use PowerBi with the tools our consultants use to book their hours (Chronos as a front-end, ChangePoint as backend). I have tried to get in contact with either the owner of the application or the BI group within services who are in charge for reporting. However, they stick with their existing excel-sheets (called JADE) which is too slow and very bad on UX.
