Configuration-Data import/export between web and PBI desktop

Usually we do first report and dashboard on PBI desktop and publishing to web. Then we continute to do all new things create on web- new dashboards, new report pages, new visuals etch. But, if we want to make some changes to data source or report and republish it to web, it will clear all before created dashboards, reports and visuals settings. I think, it will very important thing - if we can import/export all elements from web to PBI desktop and back way. Thank you!

Is there no solution to this at all ? - I can not buy that. There should be synchronization between web and desktop and vice versa! I am facing this problem everyday and its getting harder for me to sell this to the users
