Currently, in PowerBI(online service webapp), if a query runs for more than 3 minutes, then PowerBI automatically kills the query which was fired to the Data source(in our case the Data source is DataBricks, and we are using direct query mode).
While we do understand that there is a time-out of approximately 3 minutes at the PowerBI end, our ask is to make this time-out configurable or change this time-out for our PowerBI instance. We have usecases, where the queries may run beyond the 3 minute time window.
Can this ask be considered and addressed from the PowerBI team?
