It would be helpful to have visuals show/hide to be controlled via either conditional formatting or measures. I am imagining something similar to PowerApps "Enable", "Disable", "Hide" based on a measure or something. Bookmarks work well, but only up to a certain point.

This will be very helpful. e.g. I have one example which shared by two different scenarios, and one visual should be only visible for one situation but not the other.
I hope we also can show/hide specific column in a table as well as show/hide page.
