Conditional Formatting UX Enhancements - Drag & Drop Support and Using Formatted Numbers in Text Fields

It is very time consuming to open conditional formatting dialog, then search for the measure in the whole model and then click apply for each formatting modification. Allowing drag & drop of data fields directly from field list can create better developer experience.

Additionally, currently it is not allowed to use a numeric measure in text fields such as button text or visual title. It causes creating tens of new measures just to format these fields as text. Default number format for each measure can be easily inherited just like built in card visual and users can use these measures directly in text fields. If user needs more formatting then they can create a new DAX measure with custom formatting.
