It's easier to re-use the logic if you make a measure or visual calc. These can either directly output the colour value, or output a code (e.g. A, B, C) which can be consumed by normal conditional formatting rules. With the (A,B,C) method, you'd still need to re-create the rules, but it may be easier than creating the logic in full each time. Really, the formatting should allow you to set everything in one go, rather than needing multiple different rules.
