If you could give readers of a report or dashboard the opportunity to comment on the figures they see, it would add enormous value.
This feature is what I believe will close the performance management loop missing from most BI platforms. Management meetings will be vastly improved if strategic KPI's are discussed and actions are agreed related to the performance noticed in the visual. As chair of this meeting I can then call up a list of actions and see how they related to past performance and then relate action to improved performance manifested on the visual in the following months.
