POWER BI should have a Combo Chart for Bar and Vertical Line. This vertical line number should be change dynamic based on some calculations. Example Average number of particular column reflect in that line and when average changes that line automatically best fit on the axis of the chart.

If you mean that the combo chart should show bars vertically I am in on this idea.- I also have the need to draw a vertical line on a chart using a dynamic value
