Option for Grand Totals at Top of Columns Please add the option to display the Grand Totals at: 1. The Top of the columns, 2. The bottom of the columns, 3. Both top and bottom. There are times the report matrix is too long to see the Grand Totals. Instead of scrolling down to the bottom, it would be very helpful to be able to have the Grand Totals at the top of the column. (This feature would also be great to have in Excel Tables and Pivot Tables)
