Client certificate authentication option in Power Query

Power Query needs to add client certificates as an authentication option so that Excel can use them to authenticate to PKI-protected OData endpoints.

I find it so hard to believe this has been up here for nearly 10 years (!!) and nothing is done. Especially with NIS2 coming up, this is a must.

Client certificates come for free with a properly implemented TLS stack. Lack of support for client certs looks like a bug rather than a missing feature.
