Clearly identify data fields sent to an external service

Any fields in a visualization that are sent to an external provider should be clearly identified by a different color field or border, and a tooltip identifying the service (name and URL) with a link to their privacy policy. I would also like to see this in the built-in visualizations such as the maps. It is not at all clear that information is sent off-site to Bing and which information is sent. I had to dig for it.
