Choose how a visualization reacts to cross filters

If I have two visualizations in a report I would like to specify how they react to clicks on each other. Specifically I would like to choose between two behaviors: redrawing the chart completely or applying the shade out effect that is now default on most visualizations.

This is possible using the Power BI Desktop tool using the "Edit Interactions" button on the tool bar.

How did I miss that? Thank you very much. Now the next step would be to be able to control click select from multiple charts at the same time and filter all the other charts
