Change X and Y axis labels manually, similar to Excel

I think you should be able to type whatever you want into the X and Y axis to make up the title for them. This seems like a simple feature and works really well in Excel. When I have multiple fields in a chart the axis is long and ugly, where a simple edit should be available to shorten this down.

This feature is now available in the April release of Power BI Desktop. Learn more here: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/power-bi-desktop-april-feature-summary/ Enjoy!

When I import data from SQL, most of the field headers do not have spaces in the name, such as TotalSales or CountryName. When I add these fields to a chart axis, and add an axis title, I would like to rename the title to something presentable, like "Total Sales" or "Country Name". Can this feature be added?

I think you should add the funtionality anyway. In certain situations it would help with column/measure name duplication

The ability to manually change the X and Y axis titles on individual graphs like you can do on the card visual.

maybe I am still a newbie but I can't find an option where I can format data labels and XY axis - % points, size, etc.

I would also like to add, the ability to manually change the legend titles in the same manner. For the simple graphs such as the Stacked Column, having the function to remove "count of" from each legend label would greatly improve the aesthetics of the graphs.

How about also being able to change the color of your axis labels on all visuals too!

We also need to change axis label size and color to make them more visible.
