Change Tooltip Background Colour and Transparency

It would be useful to be able to change the background colour and transparency of the tooltip to highlight and colour-code, and to allow parts of the visual to be seen behind it. The latter would be extremely useful when comparing data in visuals and for when you have a tooltip with a lot of measures listed as the tooltip can often get in the way.

We need transparency added to custom report tooltips to look uniform with other tooltip transparencies.

This is a poor substitute for Hide When Blank but better than the nothing we have currently.

Just to say that the option is there for transparency on custom tooltips, but it doesn't work.

the tooltip principle is very useful but it's such a shame that the background colour can't be set to transparant ..

you want the user to give more insight in the information that he picks from the list, and then the info is hidden because the tooltip covers the info.

1) making it transparant would be awesome

2) give the option to show the tooltip a little bit higher of lower or more to the left or the right with 999 px (than at least you could still see which info you clicked )

Custom tooltips are so powerful but this bug really reduces usability - a tooltip that obscures the underlying graphic frustrates the user's visual referencing and prevents taking clear screenshots for quick communications.

I join this request. Not only it would be extremely useful to set the tooltip page backtround (partially) transparent, but also to have lte black border around it to disappear.

Or, as an alternative, it would be very nice to have the ability to set corner roundness and/or tooltip shadow.
