Hi Community,
When creating a new workspace item (report, dataset, dataflow, etc.), users often don’t know whether it requires Pro or Premium/Fabric.
The service only informs you after you attempt to create the item, prompting you to upgrade.
This wastes time and causes confusion.
I suggest adding a license type label (similar to connector types in Power Apps) next to each item in the “New” menu, as illustrated in the capture below. It would also be helpful to include a drop‑down list to make searching easier.
