Cannot share dashboard (Users have Pro-licens) - Tiles shows error

I have created a workspace that needs to hold multiple dashboards. Then some users will be granted access to the workspace it self, and others will be granted access to the individual dashboard. All users have Pro-Licens. However, when i share a Dashboard directly (without adding them to the workspace group it self), they are unable to see the values/graphs in the tiles. What could be the cause of this???
