Currently "In progress" pipelines can be cancelled directly from the Monitoring Hub. "Not started" pipelines don't have this option and the users has to navigate into the run of the pipeline to cancel it which takes time.
There can be multiple "Not started" pipelines of the same time which makes the task of cacelling very time consuming.
