Can't connect to SAP BW using posted BI guide

Having an issue connecting to SAP BW. Was told to download SAP Netweaver, but connection still failed after the download. Solutions please? Followed this: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/powerbi-desktop-sap-bw-connector/

You need to have NetWeaver RFC SDK library installed.
