CI/CD support for Notebook Resources folder

Please enable CI/CD support (Git, Deployment Pipelines) for the Notebook resource folder: 

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/fabric/data-engineering/how-to-use-notebook#notebook-resources

Reason: We need a way to integrate and deploy .py files containing our self-made python functions.

Scope: The need is both for Spark notebooks and plain Python notebooks.

The same need for CI/CD also for the Environment resources folder. And Environment support for plain Python notebooks, please 🙂
