[Bug] Y-axis scale not showing correct (-ve) value for Stacked chart

I have all negative values on Y-axis like 0, -0.2, -0.4, -0.6,...... -2.4, -2.6 etc. however Cluster chart shows Y-axis scale correctly whereas Stacked chart show scale like 0, -2.0, -4.0 , -6.0, -8.0 which is wrong values but mouse hover on chart shows correct values. please look into this bug.
