Bookmarking Personalized Visuals Across Multiple Pages

I have been reinforcing the ability to personalize visuals to my end business users. I have found a limitation is that when saving the personalization as a bookmark, it only saves it for the current page. For example, I have a report with 4 different pages. In order for my user to customize each page to his needs he has to make a bookmark for each page (4 total vs 1 if bookmark worked across all pages) . The same user runs 4 different rep groups that he regularly presents to so he wants to make a bookmark for each of those reps (so now instead of 4 he would have 16 bookmarks).
