I did this: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/announcing-dashboard-theming-in-the-power-bi-service/ but the tile colour applied to all of the tiles which I did not want. Also, the theme setting is not available on mobile devices. I really don't understand why Power BI does not incorporate the basics - it's meant to be used for visualisation so why is it is so difficult for the developers to build this functionality?

and I also tried changing the theme in Dashboard but it still shows with a white background on my app (powerapp).

Yes, that's right. It kind of look odd with powerbi tile background as black and rest of the power app in company's theme.

Background color should be adjustable per tile. This would allow grouping by color code.
