Better feedback when with data refreshes of what is actually wrong.

I have scheduled refreshes that are all failing right now, my data gateway is up an running, my sql servers are up and running, so if it's a problem on powerbi's end, I should be able to see that status rather than be led a in circle that it's a problem on my end.
