It's necessary for me, as well as others I'm sure, about conditional formatting where there is possibly no numeric value but Text. As well as being capable of applying conditional formatting based on other columns.

Conditional formatting on a dynamic average of a column that can change with filters rather than just the "middle" value would also be extremely useful. In looking for a solution to this, I saw a dozen or so other queries into this or related functionality that are still unresolved.
