Be able to get a dataset's data via REST API

REST API seems somewhat limited at the moment. Sometimes it's necessary to programmatically monitor our Power BI datasets, so being able to get the data from a dataset would give us limitless flexibility in this area.

But that enumerates the name/id of the dataset, and not the data itself, right?
